Being appointed as Futura’s Inclusion and Safeguarding Lead is an absolute privilege. I am dedicated to working collaboratively with colleagues across the trust to develop our fully inclusive educational practices further and ensure safeguarding remains our highest priority. My vision for Inclusion and Safeguarding is for our entire educational community to belong to a fully inclusive and safe trust.
I very much look forward to working with more colleagues within Futura. Maximising our team synergy will increase opportunities for sharing diverse expertise, increasing innovation, problem-solving, efficiency and enhanced learning for all.
